Don't forget!  If you want to use your One-Time Only Late Withdrawal, you must do so before the last day of class AND you can't have taken the final!  Call our office with questions.

Don't forget to turn in your Final Clearance Form to our office, 122 Johnston, during your final semester if you have one of the following majors:
